New Mimi Webb and Digga D singles heading for Top 40 debut


New singles from Mimi Webb and Digga D are set to debut in the Top 40 of this week’s official singles chart.

In the latest official chart update, burgeoning singer-songwriter Mimi Webb is currently ranked number 23 with her latest track 24/5.

The great pop ballad, produced by Freedo (Zara Larsson, Coldplay), is set to become her third consecutive Top 40 single this year following the Top 10 hit smash Good Without and the previous single Dumb Love.

2021 is shaping up to be a huge success for Mimi, becoming the first British artist, since Dua Lipa in 2017, to have two Top 15 singles before the release of her debut album. Her EP, Seven Shades Of Heartbreak, arrived on October 22. Read our recent interview with Mimi here.

Meanwhile, drill artist Digga D is on track for a solid start with his new single 2K17, currently at number 28. The track produced by X10 comes just a month after its Top 10 hit Wasted ft. ArrDee. “I went to the studio to remember the old Digga in 2017, and then I shot the video the same day 🤷‍♂,” Digga said of the song.

Several songs are also seeing big climbs in this week’s official singles chart, including Dave’s Verdansk, who is expected to bounce back into the Top 40 – so far 29 spots at number 29 – after his release. Call Of Duty: Music Video Inspired By Warzone.

Finally, Meet Me At Our Spot – a song by The Anxiety aka Willow Smith and Tyler Cole – is set to climb into the Top 40 this week. The track was released last year but recently took off thanks to TikTok, where it is more commonly known as the song “caught a vibe”.
