NCT 127 has finally released their 3rd studio album, “STICKER”, today, September 17 (1:00 p.m. KST), proving once again that they are not afraid to take risks with their music.
It’s nothing new for NCT 127 to release a polarizing title track – in fact, that’s what they’re known for in the K-pop industry, often touted as the kings of noise music. The title track “STICKER” contains distinct flute instrumentation, distortion, jarring tone chords that bounce off the electronic beat and, of course, the palpable vocal talent of NCT 127. They sing about being madly in love and not to be shy, asking you to just stay close “like a sticker”.
He has a theatrical and campy feel, which is certainly reflected in his music video. They are futuristic cowboys dressed in colorful, sparkly clothes.

If you don’t like the song the first time you listen to it, you might find yourself changing your mind after a few more. The song is definitely a cultivator.
There is a track for each type of music listener; if you like powerful, straightforward music, you’ve got âBring the Noizeâ. If you like soft, relaxed music, “Focus” is something you will like. For ballad lovers, you can’t go wrong with “The Rainy Night”. Their colorful discography and star power as a band are just two of the many reasons they are a force to be reckoned with in the industry. It is a group which is worth the detour.
