The two-part album will be released over six months

Jason Aldean has learned a thing or two about the music he has composed over the past 16 years, but as far as he comes, Aldean still looks back to Macon, Georgia. Where he’s come from and how far he’s gone, his signature sound is reflected throughout his upcoming 10th studio album. Macon, Georgia. In addition to the new Top 5 hit single from the new project, “If I Didn’t Love You” with Carrie Underwood, on November 12, fans will have access to nine new tracks and five live tracks. Over the following months, Aldean will continue to deliver new songs leading up to the full release of all 30 tracks – 20 new and at least one live hit from each of his previous albums – on April 22, 2022. The full release will also be marked by a commemorative set of three vinyl records.

“Where you were raised has such a big influence on who you become and for me it’s no different… especially from a musical point of view,” says Aldean. “My hometown of Macon greatly contributed to my musical education. Growing up in an environment at the crossroads between country music, southern rock, blues and R&B, it was only natural to mix different sounds on my path.

Working alongside longtime producer Michael Knox, the first batch of the vast release, Mason, covers the gamut from die-hard stadium rockers to blues bar stool ballads, dotted with modern embellishments and all the chest-hitting little town pride its fans crave. Aldean pushes his patented muscular country sound to its limits with his hard rock, woozy bar ballads, hip hop and R&B experiments, but remains focused on the country lifestyle.
